Overview
FlyLine helps travelers see current and historical TSA security wait times. This document explains what information we collect when you use the app, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
We keep what we collect intentionally narrow:
- Email address — collected when you create an account and used to authenticate you on subsequent sign-ins. We do not collect a password ourselves; authentication is handled by our identity provider.
- Crash diagnostics — when the app crashes, Google Firebase Crashlytics automatically collects a crash report containing technical details about the failure (stack trace, device model, OS version, app version, and an anonymous installation identifier). This helps us find and fix bugs.
We do not sell your personal information.
How We Use It
Your email is used solely to sign you in to your account and to send you essential service messages (for example, account security or material changes to this policy). Crash reports are used to diagnose and fix stability issues so the app works reliably for everyone.
Third Parties
We rely on Google Firebase Crashlytics to collect and analyze crash reports. Crash data sent to Crashlytics is governed by Google's privacy and data-processing terms. Aside from our authentication provider and Crashlytics, we do not share your personal information with other third parties.
Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days unless retention is legally required.
